I didn’t just stumble into health coaching. My journey started in 4th grade when I was diagnosed with ADHD and put on medication for years. Even though it was meant to help, I felt broken and ashamed.
In high school, I had the privilege of hearing a woman speak about her recovery from cancer. She shared with us about how she changed her diet to include more healthy foods and lowered sugar intake. This got me thinking, could I heal my own health issues by doing the same?
I shifted my diet and focused strongly on reducing my sugar intake, which helped my ADHD tremendously. I also started to explore meditation and the importance of relaxation techniques to reduce stress. I was able to get off meds and have been medication-free for over 30 years.
Later, I watched my mom defy the odds and heal from breast cancer naturally. Decades later, she’s still cancer-free.
These powerful experiences opened my eyes to what is possible around health.
That’s why I do this work. I coach people to reclaim their health, rebuild their energy, and become the strongest version of themselves.
Because health isn’t just about burning fat or building muscle, it’s about living fully, leading by example, and creating a legacy that lasts.
